Hi sewfriends!
New Year, New projects!
So after a lot of eating and sleeping (or not much sleep depends of how hard you celebrated) it is now time to start living 2019… I’m already busy like a bee in my room hoping to bring you all meaningful content throughout 2019. I’m sharing about my goals on the channel. Hoping you all will join the family by subscribing for some new great content this year!
Overall it was a great year .
A year of new beginnings. A year of growth. A year where I took a lot of steps in the name of Faith.Started the year by saying yes to becoming a Wifey (a few minutes into the new year). This made me slow down on the sewing but I still managed to make a few pieces that I really like! Swipe to see them! I also ventured into tutorials on my YouTube channel. And you guys responded well to those! More to come in 2019! We upgraded our equipment.
We got married (planned the whole thing in 6 months 😥😅). We went of to honeymoon in 🇨🇺 to get some much needed rest! Then came back and faced the second half of 2018 navigating in my new roles and responsibilities. Through it all, God was there for me. Giving me the strength and patience to go through all of it. I have to admit that being very busy this year made me neglect my faith. Having less time to grow as a spiritual being. I am putting my faith and spirituality firs tin 2019. I need to grow in this department. So thinking of maybe adding a new section to the blog as I navigate through spiritual growth. We’ll see… Anyhow, this is 2018 in review. I’m thankful for the life and health I was allowed to experience this year. I put the year to come in God’s hands. And pray that you all enter into the new year well, safe and grounded.
I have shared my sewing goals for this year in this video:
Talk to you soon!

Happy New Year Judith and massive congrats on your marriage! Your goals for 2019 sound very heart-filling!
Thank you 🙂
Happy New Year Judith!! First you are rocking those braids girl! Love them!! I too plan to make more intentional time for God and growing spiritually this year! Can’t wait to see all the great things you do this year Sis!
Thanks sis! I am not proud of the time I spent with God last year and things need to change now! I enjoyed the braids but removed them after a month. I’ll probably give it another go next month with a braided who’s braiding will be more gentle! It was too tight and I had some issues with them! Take care sis!
