It’s been almost 3 months since my last blog post… How did I let time fly past me like that?
I have to admit that finding time to sew consistently is hard lately. I have a lot on my plate but this should not make me stay away from my blog this long!
Let me share a bit about what has kept me away from my Judith Dee’s World…
So back in January, January 1st around midnight to be precise, we got engaged 🙂 The whole thing was very unexpected. But It was a great way to start the year.

We were away from home at that time. As soon as we went back, the whole wedding planning process started. If you want to hear more about my life update, check out this quick video I shared with my YouTube followers.
I was very excited about sewing my own wedding dress but I had to let go of this idea very early in the process. In fact, I already bought my wedding dress! We chose to settle for a date that does not give me much time for wedding dress sewing (but will allow us to have more family members around for the occasion- totally worth the compromised). However, I will be sewing and crafting for the occasion. Watch the following video to hear more about my wedding planning sewing plans!
Have you been sewing?
Oh yes! Not as much as I’d like but enough to keep my sanity! You can see my pattern test for the Avery Leggings by Helen’s closet HERE.
Also, you can see my guest blogger post on Elizabeth Made This blog’s for the Day and Night Dress Challenge HERE.
What’s next?
Well, I’m still part of the Fabricville Blogger Network. So expect two Spring looks on the blog very soon!
I try to stay active on at least one platform through the whole wedding process. Instagram is the easiest way for me to update my followers on my sewing. Feel free to follow me there!

Alright! This was a big and lengthy update! I wish to come back very soon with some Spring makes!
Take care!

Congratulations! What great news! Can’t wait to see your Spring projects!
Thank you Linda 🙂
