Here is my version of McCalls 6996. This pattern is designed for medium-weight moderate stretch knits. I made this one using a Ponte Knit. This cardigan has been my favorite this Winter.
It was very easy to do. It probably took 4 hours to complete from cutting to hemming. I did not have to modify the pattern. It is comfortable and gives a very professional look. My co-workers gave me lots of compliments. One of them asked me if I could make one for her!
I love the fact that this cardigan can easily be part of my Spring wardrobe.Here, I paired it with my McCalls 6568 pants. I love how they look together. I made this pair of pants almost 2 years ago. I plan to rock these as soon as Spring show up in Montreal!

I love your look. Cardi’s are the best! They are always just what is needed.
